500 g flour
50 g of sugar
Pinch of salt
250 ml lukewarm milk
50 g butter softened
20 g fresh yeast
80 g choco mass (cut into small pieces)
1 egg yolk
1 tablespoon of cream
Step 1- Mix the flour with the sugar and salt in a mixing bowl. Add the milk, butter, yeast and egg and knead them well to form a dough. When the dough is mixed well, add the choco mass pieces.
Step 2- Cover the dough and let it rest for 1 hour.
Step 3- Then knead the dough again briefly and divide it into 6 equal pieces. Roll each piece into balls and place them with the smooth surface upwards in a baking tray lined with baking paper.
Step 4- Cover again and let rise for 30 minutes. Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
Step 5- Whisk the egg yolk with cream, brush the buns and bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
Step 6- Enjoy it with some hot tea
