A fondue is a sauce made from melted chocolate into which you dip your favourite fruit like strawberries, banana or apple! Here is how you make it with two ingredients!
WHAT YOU NEED-
350g of Campco Dark Chocomass (roughly chopped off from the block)
1 cup (250 grams) of heavy whipping cream
A pinch of salt
Dip-ables such as strawberries, banana pieces cut into 1-inch chunks, dried apricots, candied ginger, apple pieces.
Step 1- Heat the whipped cream with a pinch of salt over medium heat in a small saucepan until tiny bubbles show and begins to lightly simmer.
Step 2- Remove from heat, add the chocolate, and whisk until smooth and lump free. Ready to serve.
Step 3- Arrange the dip-ables on a platter or plates around the fondue bowl.
Step 4- Use a fork to dip the fruit pieces and other dip-ables into the hot melted cream chocolate mixture. Eat immediately.
