Chocolate Fudge


2/3 Campco milk Chocomass
1 ½ cup whole milk
3 cups granulated sugar
1/8 tsp salt
¼ cup butter
1 tsp vanilla extract

How to make-

Step 1- Apply a layer a butter on the pan (8 inch)
Step 2- Take a medium heavy saucepan, mix sugar, cocoa and salt, then adds the milk, stir with a wooden spoon (not a metal spoon)
Step 3- Cook over medium heat stirring continuously until the mixture starts to boil (approximately 15 minutes)
Step 4- Turn heat to low and continue to cook without stirring (until temperature reaches 234 degree F), approximately 30 minutes.
Step 5- Take down the saucepan from heat, add butter and vanilla. Do not stir and let it cool at room temperature (approximately 30 minutes)
Step 6- Then beat the mixture until it loses some of its gloss (approximately 6-8 minutes)
Step 7- Finally spread the mixture in the cake pan and let it cool overnight at room temperature
