Campco Choco Chikki recipe to sugar-coat your day.
Groundnut 1 cup
Sugar 1/4 cup
Ghee 4 spoons
Choco Mass 6 spoons
Add salt for taste
How to make-
Step 1- Fry groundnut in a pan, peel the skin and grind it in a mixer.
Step 2- Add some choco mass powder into it and mix it well.
Step 3- Put some ghee and sugar in a pan and let it cook in a low flame for some time.
Step 4- Once the sugar melts to the thickness of honey, add the stirred powder into it.
Step 5- Take this mixture on a roti rolling pin and level it to the required thickness.
Step 6- Cut as per the required shape using a knife. Store it in a container once it cools down.
