1 liter of thick milk.
1 cup of sugar
6 tablespoons of milk powder
3 tablespoons of arrowroot powder
50 grams of chocomass
salt to taste
How to make-
Step 1- Stir a quarter cup of water by mixing arrowroot and milk powder. Make sure it stirs freely.
Step 2- Boil 1 cup of milk and melt chocomas.
Step 3- Boil the remaining milk and make it half. Now add the sugar and the other two mixtures and boil them well.
Step 4- Keep it cool outside after it is chilled and put it in the refrigerator to freeze.
Step 5- After 1 hour stir the mixture nicely. (Can be beaten in the mixi) It can be eaten once it is nicely frozen for alteast 2 hours.
Step 6- PIce cream can be mashed with mango, papaya, and naseberry or the fruit of your liking.
