Chocolate Mysore Pak


1 cup of Sugar
1 cup of Besan
1 cup Ghee
1 cup Campco Choco Mass
½ cup Water


Step 1- In a large heavy bottomed take sugar and water and get to a boil. Keep stirring till the sugar attains one string consistency.
Step 2-Keep the flame on low & add gram flour little by little. Stir so no lumps are formed.
Step 3-Add more besan and continue stirring.
Step 4- Add one cup of Campco Chocomass and keep stirring to avoid any lumps.
Step 5- Take a spoonful of hot ghee-oil and pour to the besan mixture.
Step 6- Add another spoonful of ghee.
Step 7- Transfer the mixture to greased tray. This helps to continue cooking and get golden brown colour in between.
Step 8- Cut into pieces as desired. After 30 minutes separate the pieces.
