Chocolate Pie

Ingredients-

2 cups Campco Choco mass
4 egg yolks

1/3 cup cornstarch
2/3 cup sugar
3 cups milk
2 tbsp butter
1/2 tsp salt
1 tbsp vanilla extract
Frozen Pie crust
Chopped nuts for garnish

How to make-

Step 1- Bake the frozen pie crust & once ready keep it aside to cool.
Step 2- Stir together the sugar, cornstarch and salt in a saucepan. Combine the egg yolks and milk in a separate container. Gradually blend the milk mixture into the sugar mixture.
Step 3- Cook the mixture over medium heat, stirring constantly, until the mixture comes to a boil. Remove from heat; stir in the butter and vanilla.
Step 4- Add the chopped choco mass & stir until all the chocolate has melted and the mixture is well blended. Pour the mixture into the baked pie shell; then pop it into the fridge to cool. Refrigerate for several hours or until chilled and firm. Garnish with chopped nuts, if desired. Enjoy!
