Step 1- In ¼ cup of water, mix the arrowroot powder and milk powder and stir till there are no lumps in the mixture.
Step 2- Boil one cup milk and add Campco Chocomass. Boil the remaining milk and reduce it to half the quanity.
Step 3- Now add the sugar and remaining ingredients to this milk and let it cool. Keep the mix in the fridge and once it becomes cold shift it to the freezer.
Step 4- After an hour remove from the freezer and mix well. You can even mix in a blender. Keep it in the freezer for 2 hours and then your chocolate ice cream is ready to eat.
