Be it for an evening snack or for a special occasion. This classic chocolate cake with a Campco twist is the perfect treat. It’s super easy, and fun to make. It’s a must-try for all dessert lovers!
Step 1- Mix in all your dry ingredients (Flour, Baking powder and salt).
Step 2- Mix the sugar powder, milk powder and ghee separately and then add to the mix of dry ingredients and set aside.
Step 3- Add the Campco Chocomass to hot boiled milk and set aside to cool. When waiting, you can preheat the oven and prepare the baking trays by coating them with ghee and flour (why not multi-task a little bit)
Step 4- Once the choco-milk is cooled down, mix it into the dry ingredients to form a batter of thick consistency. (If you find the mixture to be very thick, add some more milk and mix well.)
Step 5- Now all you have to do is pour the batter into the prepped trays and pop them into the oven for about 20 minutes and Voila! your very own, warm chocolate cake!
