Step 1- Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease a square pan with butter and place parchment paper. Now keep Campco dark chocomass and butter in heat-resistant bowl on boiling water; heat, stirring occasionally, until melted and smooth. Remove from heat and add in the sugar.
Step 2- Set it aside to cool slightly. Whisk maida, cocoa, baking powder and salt in a separate bowl and set aside.
Step 3- Now stir the eggs into the chocolate mixture, one at a time, until blended well. Stir in vanilla essence, then stir in flour mixture until combined. Scrape into the ready pan and set it smooth on top.
Step 4- Bake for 20 to 25 minutes(You can check if moist crumbs cling don’t toothpick when inserted in center). Let cool completely.
Step 5- Remove brownies from the pan and peel off parchment paper. Place on a cutting board and cut them into Christmas tree shapes by first cutting into 3 rows. Then cut each row into 5 triangles, reserving any smaller pieces for another use.
Step 6- Pour chocolate sauce over brownies and insert a toothpick or candy stick into the bottom of triangle as the tree trunk. Cover and store in airtight container for up to 2 days.
